Pakistan- US Reiterates the Desire to Further Enhance Bilateral Relations

General Michael Erik Kurilla, Commander United States (US) CENTCOM, and  General Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Army Staff Pakistan reiterated the desire to further enhance bilateral relations in all fields.

According to a statement of ISPR, Commander United States called on COAS in Rawalpindi this morning.

During the meeting matters of mutual interest, regional security situation and defence cooperation were discussed.

The statement also said that the visiting dignitary acknowledged and appreciated Pakistan Army’s successes in fight against terrorism and Pakistan’s continued efforts for bringing peace and stability in the region.
