The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has declared the squad for the up and coming visit of New Zealand, where the group will play five T20 Internationals (T20Is) and three One Day Internationals (ODIs). In a shocking move, Salman Ali Agha has been designated as the T20I captain, whereas Mohammad Rizwan will proceed driving the ODI side.

This declaration comes at a troublesome time for Pakistan cricket, as the group faces strongly feedback taking after their baffling campaign within the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
