Women’s cricket team of Irelands arrived Pakistan on Sunday. This is the first ever visit of any Irish cricket team to Pakistan. While, after successful tours by the men’s cricket teams of Australia, West Indies, and England earlier this year, Ireland is the fifth international team visiting Pakistan in 2022.
There will be a series of three ODIs and three T20Is.
Three ODIs are part of the ICC Women’s Championship 2022-25. All the matches will be played at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.
The Ireland women’s cricket team will start training on Monday. The ODI and T20 series will be played from November 4 to 16.
ODI matches will be played on November 4, 6 and 9. The T20 matches of the series will be played on November 12th, 14th and 16th. Laura Delany will captain Ireland’s ODI and T20 squads.
Entry is fee for all matches of the series.
