The match, played on Sunday, saw Pakistan dominate throughout with commanding set scores of 25-18, 25-19, and 25-18.

The green shirts showcased efficient and tactical gameplay, scoring a total of 75 points. Their performance included 35 points from powerful attacks, eight through solid blocks, and six from sharp serves. Uzbekistan’s 26 unforced errors also contributed to Pakistan’s convincing victory. Standout players Mohammad Yahya and Muhtat Ali Shah were instrumental in the win, scoring 14 and 10 points, respectively.
Head coach Saeed Ahmad Khan expressed pride in his team’s growth and resilience, calling the campaign a sign of progress. “This is just the beginning of a new era for Pakistan volleyball,” he said. “Our boys played with heart and discipline.
