Pakistan U-19 volleyball team continued their dominant streak at the 2025 FIVB U-19 World Volleyball Championship in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, securing a commanding 3-0 victory over Puerto Rico in their Group ‘A’ fixture on Monday.

With set scores of 25-20, 25-20, and 25-15, the national side maintained their perfect record in the tournament—four matches, four wins, all without dropping a single set.
Pakistan racked up 72 total points in the match, powered by an aggressive offensive approach that produced 39 attack points. The team also registered 8 block points and 2 points on serve, while benefiting from 23 unforced errors made by Puerto Rico.
Mohammad Yahya stood out as the top scorer, contributing 16 points, closely followed by Mohammad Irfan with 14 points. Their consistent performance was a key factor in Pakistan’s dominance throughout the match.
This win strengthens Pakistan’s position at the top of Group ‘A’. With the knockout rounds approaching, the team looks in top form ahead of their final group-stage match against Argentina on Tuesday.
