Vision Behind the Camp
This initiative is part of PCB’s broader talent identification and development plan under the high-performance structure recently revitalized by Director Aaqib Javed. The camp aims to identify technically sound, mentally strong, and match-ready players who can represent Pakistan at the next U-19 World Cup.
The assessment will focus not only on cricketing skills but also on game awareness, fitness levels, and attitude under pressure.
By launching this systematic, merit-based evaluation process, PCB aims to restore the strength of its youth pipeline โ ensuring the future national team is built on a foundation of solid, homegrown talent.
